The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60 to 62 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004[1]: Name, application and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Commencement) (Wales) Order 2004. (2) This Order applies in relation to Wales. (3) In this Order "the Act" means the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004. Commencement of the Act 2. The Act, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 10 November 2004.
