Danai Muhammadi, from Coventry, and his friend, Farhad Mahmud, of Maidstone, have been found guilty of three counts of murder following a fire in Kent, which killed Muhammadi's estranged wife, son and father-in-law.

Thanks to advances in crime-fighting technology, Muhammadi was in custody within hours of the house fire in which Melissa Crook, 20, and baby son Noah died.
