Firefighters have been tackling a large blaze which erupted overnight at a waste management centre in Hull.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said 40 tonnes of timber caught fire at Transwaste on Foster Street just before 2200 BST.
A spokesman said at the height of the blaze, more than 30 firefighters were involved. Crews remain at the scene dampening down.
Investigations are taking place to establish the cause of the fire.
