12.1 The Arson Prevention Bureau has been given examples of good practice in individual brigades relating to:- fire investigation, the compilation of arson statistics, liaison with the police, and specific activities to combat arson. With the authority of the fire brigades concerned the Bureau is able to put other brigades in touch with them so that the information can be shared and adopted/adapted in other areas.
