Children rescued from house fire
Two adults and four children have escaped a fire at their home in Birmingham.
Emergency crews believe the blaze was started by a nine-year-old girl who had been playing with a lighter in the house in Handsworth.
West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to the home in Warstone Terrace in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A bedroom of the house had been severely damaged in the fire.
