Park workers' toilet set alight

A portable toilet used by builders at a park has been set on fire hours after being placed at the site.

Work has started to redevelop Milton Park in Stoke-on-Trent, which will include adding a new area for toddlers, basketball court and gym facilities.

The toilet was damaged on Monday, about 11 hours after workmen arrived at the site in the Milton area.

The redevelopment is costing £163,000, of which £15,000 is being provided by a fund from pop star Robbie Williams.
