Boatyard blaze inquiry continues

Fire investigators have returned to the scene of a boatyard blaze in Hampshire to carry out further examinations.

Eighteen properties were evacuated when fire broke out at Hythe Marine Services in St John's Street, Hythe, on Tuesday morning.

A 200m exclusion zone, set up after acetylene gas cylinders were found on the premises, has now been lifted.

The operation was also hampered by a broken gas pipe. Forty firefighters tackled the blaze.
