2001, 17:06 GMT Victims of the Kings Cross disaster have been remembered
at a service to commemorate the 14th anniversary of the tragedy.
The Mayor of Camden laid a wreath at the station to remember the 31 people who lost their lives in the fire on 18 November, 1987. Survivors, emergency service staff, families, counsellors and commuters were due to attend the service at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Kings Cross. The Government recently announced plans for a £160m refurbishment programme for the underground station.
